I ordered a new car back in May 2022 with a 12-25 week delivery. The car was built and delivered to the UK at the end of September. I was asked to pay for it in full so the car could be registered with an expected delivery time of one week. It then took almost four weeks before it was delivered to the garage. During those four weeks the garage was unable to give an accurate handover date and it took several e-mails and phone calls to get any information. It appears the computer systems were being changed and this caused a problem with information to and from the garage. In the end, once the car had been finally delivered to the garage everything went well and I am very pleased with the car. Communication/information during the four weeks of waiting could have been better. Just not knowing what the problem was and when delivery was going to be caused me considerable concern. Saying all that, the final experience was really good and the handover by the garage was excellent.2 years agoFantastic Service

Full 12 months MOT provided. It is good to know the history of a car when you make a purchase.
