• How do I order online?

  Ordering a used car from Stellantis &You UK has never been easier. Simply find your perfect used car from thousands of manufactuer-approved stock and select the BUY ONLINE button. From this step, choose how you would like to fund your used car either by purchasing outright with our secure VYNE payment screen or by selecting a finance option. Once you have completed the steps in your chosen journey a member of our customer hub team will be in contact to ensure you have all the information you need before collecting your new vehicle.

• What finance options are available online?

  Dependant on the age and mileage of your chosen used vehicle, you can finance it through a number of finance lenders on personal contract purchase or conditional sale. 

• What is PCP finance?

  PCP finance stands for Personal Contract Purchase. Personal Contract Purchase* is a finance solution which puts a new car within your reach thanks to fixed monthly payments to meet your budget. An initial deposit is paid of between 0% and 40% of the vehicle price, followed by fixed monthly payments over a term of 25, 31, 37 or 48 months. We will agree with you an estimated annual mileage band, between 6,000 and 30,000. This will determine the Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) of your vehicle so that at the end of the agreement you just choose one of the following options:
  
  1. Make a final payment and own the car
  2. Return the car to your local Stellantis &You UK dealership
  3. Return the car and use it in part exchange for a different used vehicle, using any equity as a deposit in a new Personal Contract Purchase agreement.

• What is Conditional Sale finance?

  • Agree on a term (between 12 and 48 months) that best suits your budget
  • We'll calculate an affordable, fixed monthly payment for you.
  • Apply for Conditional Sale finance by answering a few questions

• What is included in the 12-month warranty?

  At Stellantis &You all our used cars have at least a 12-month warranty. Our warranties offer all mechanical and electrical component coverage, meaning all the essentials are covered on your vehicle.
