Me and my son went to view and hopefully buy a Tesla Model 3 on Sat 18/02/23 - we traveled from Birmingham to Cardiff, we had already reserved the car online because we knew it was a good price and with the security of it being a main dealership, we were met by Jordan Hyde a sales executive with the company, Jordan was a nice chap, knowledgeable about the car he was selling, professional, genuine and honest (and no we didn’t get any discount although we tried) we brought the car and returned to Birmingham in the Tesla, at home that evening we thought there was a power cable was missing, I contacted Jordan who told us it wasn’t with the car, after a bit of discussion Jordan did some research and located one for us and because we lived 90 miles away posted it to my sons house and we received it a few days later, that’s what I call proper customer service that you get off a main dealer, thank you Jordan Hyde keep up the good work ????????

When I went to the Vauxhall it was my first time buying a car and felt nervous. Then a Vauxhall staff member called Victor came out to help, he was a really nice person and did not make me feel pressured at all and gave me lots of information.

Kieren was very helpful and took the time to go through all my options. I wanted to buy a new car, but I wasn't sure what I needed. He showed me a variety of models and sizes and there was no pressure. I phoned the next day for a test drive and found my perfect car.

I recently purchased a car from Stellantis from a young gentleman called Mihail, At first there was some damage to the front and back end of the vehicle which I was skeptic of. Mihail quickly repaired and colour matched the car within a matter of days, then returned fully valeted looking fresh and brand new. I felt very looked after in a customer friendly environment, I can definitely vouch for this dealership …. (They have an incredible coffee machine which I may have to return to when passing by)
