Jamie-leigh was extremely helpful and patient with me as I struggle with my speech down to suffering with MS. She took her time to explain xlearly to me. It was my first experience buying a mobility car and Jamie-Leigh was very knowledgeable with the whole process and let me try a few different cars till I found one I was comfortable with. Mrs. Jade Belbin at Robins & Day Vauxhall Crawley made everything happen. It is no wonder why this company has a 5 star record. Without a doubt the best experience my family and I have ever had with making a sizable purchasing in the UK. We contacted dozens of so called dealers. The search for a vehicle was very daunting, draining and a bit overwhelming. We were at the point of giving up really. Then, we saw the car being advertised by Robins & Day, and we were fortunate enough to meet Mrs. Belbin. We kept waiting for something to go wrong.. waiting for our questions and concerns to be too much.. she answered every single one. She went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable. Every question was answered and all information provided. Words cannot express our appreciation and satisfaction with the entires process. I have no doubts that I will be right back to inform the public about their after sales services.
