My visit to Robins and Day Romford has been a great experience, everyone I encountered made me feel very welcome and was there to answer all my queries. The sales person Mihail, was a pleasure to deal with, he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and produced me my perfect car, if not better. Very courteous, honest and helpful staff. They knew their job and put me at my ease from the very beginning. Everything was explained clearly - and patiently at a couple of points! The building was smart, clean and tidy and I was allowed to examine the vehicles and ask questions as I liked. It took just a couple of minutes to get everything squared away for me to take a test drive but the traffic was very bad and with 20mph limits everywhere, it wasn't much of a decent test.
