I've had my car almost 2 years and my agreement is almost up, over the 2 years the only things that needed changing were exhaust brackets ... no biggie!
Still so happy with my car, definitely recommend you asking to deal with Sharon if you go to Birmingham!!

I found my car sales representative (Dylan in Coventry) to be most helpful, friendly in helping me to buy my new Citroen C1. I do not have a knowledge of cars and he was patient and explained in terms that I understood. The sales pitch from Dylan was easy on the ears and not overtly "pushy" and that helped immensely in sealing a positive deal.
I would have no hesitation in my honest recommendation of this company for buying a car.
