Went to purchase a car but upon arrival it had just been sold. The sales team scaled their system to see if they could find me an alternative car, they did but it was located in Stockport! After some discussion and a small holding deposit, they arranged to collect the car so I could see it locally. Well, 5 days later I had viewed and purchased the car driving it away 2 days later. Chris and the team did a very good job at keeping customer service their focus. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Put me at ease from the first hand shake, Ian the salesman i dealt with was excellent and made the whole experiance very enjoyable, he was down to earth and very helpfull and knowledgable as well and also made a nice coffee :) Overall a great place to visit with great cars and the inside build quality seems better for the money (208 GT line) Thanks guys and will be back again

My dealings from initial consultation

My dealings from initial consultation to actually ordering a car were by Lisa who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She did not pressure me into choosing a car of a higher value( thus greater commission) but took me through my personal needs & finances. So as not a hard sell I felt relaxed & confident in my selecting a car fit for me. She went out of her way to show me an exact model of the car I have now ordered. So I can happily say with great confidence that this is so far Robins & Day and particularly Lisa is a great dealership In getting the next car. I enjoyed my experience there and would highly recommend them.

SAM AUGER very helpful

SAM AUGER very helpful. Car prepared well except for a couple of missing things but SAM has sorted it. I think its a shame that you cant have a copy of teh V5 in advance something about data protection which i don't get. For the vehicle i think its a shame you cant change the dip on the headlights for driving in europe, I wanted to fit a tow bar and was quoted £1300 the most expensive i can find full fitted elsewhere is around £600 so even though i was paying £24500 for a vehicle i wasn't really being offered a good service in terms of fitting extras. In fact i was fare game to be ripped off. So nice vehicles good sales service but extras and preparation a bit dodgy
