Visited twice in a week to discuss Motability and options available. Both visits were perfect, both members of staff (Lewis & Mohammed) were beyond helpful & listened to all my needs & provided help and advice where they could. Mohammed was brilliant in going through ordering process of my vehicle

George Rimmer, the Consultant I've dealt with was excellent. He understood my requirements quickly, suggested 2 cars, 1 of which was perfect for my current needs. I felt informed as a customer and appreciated the 'to the point' approach George took. Throughout the process George kept in communications however a shout out to the entire staff who assisted on 2/3 different calls. The shop floor was displayed optimally and attractively also. Spacious and areas dedicated to helping customers feel comfortable whilst waiting.
