I would like to start with a huge…
I would like to start with a huge ‘thank you’ to Matt and Ivan!
We wondered into the Edgware Robins & Day not knowing if we would be able to view/ test drive the vehicle of our choice- but despite being short staffed, Matt was able to show us the exact same model that we were interested in. We found it extremely helpful to check all the features in person, making the whole purchase process easier to visualise and not only was Matt able to guide us around the features of the car but he was able to arrange a test drive that very same morning. Ivan continued to deliver great customer service with a really comprehensive test drive and a very accomodating attitude to our requests to demonstrate features that we were inquisitive about. From thinking about buying a car to actually ordering it, Ivan and Matt were truly amazing and great ambassadors for Peugeot and Robins & Day. All in all it has been a five star experience and we would highly recommend Ivan and the staff at Edgware Robins & day to all!
I booked a test drive when we turned up…
I booked a test drive when we turned up car wasn't ready and keys had to be found so a lot of waiting around not a good start. However deal on the car was good and part chop was fair. Handover with brendan was good a helpful friendly chap. Car is a 108 time will tell how good it is.
Very positive experience
Very positive experience, we made an appointment with Mr Andrew Brown and he had everything ready when we got, we did not feel pressurised to purchase the car we test drove but appreciated all the information Mr Brown gave us. We had time to think before we chose to buy, very pleased with the outcome and the new car.
The sales process
The Sales Person, Georgia Davis, was extremely helpful in every part of the sales process. Though new to the role, she was extremely professional and not "pushy" in any way. When she was unsure of an answer, she was prepared to ask a colleague, which I found reassuring for someone new to the role.
My career before retirement was in sales in the IT industry and latterly in sales training. With this experience in mind, I was very impressed with the way she managed the sales process.
Though I have only had the car for a few days, it has been very good so far.
No pressure, good knowledge
Sales rep was not pushy. He understood/accepted what my requirements were. He was familiar with the technology and features of the vehicle we were discussing.

Feel that I was bought into the showroom under false prentices with an initial offer of lower payments on a new car with JAF scheme, I am now paying more but I have been sold a higher spec model and have to say the service overall was great.
