We have returned to London West for our next car as we have always found the team to be knowledgeable, helpful, polite but relaxed. They take time to ask pertinent questions about our needs, discuss options, and explain the technical side of things in a digestible way. Pricing is transparent, options are properly laid out, and we are happy that - armed with the facts - our decision is allowed to be exactly that, our decision not unduly influenced by someone else. Good Experience So Far...
Whilst ordering the vehicle I have not yet collected, so hence 5-starts is not currently appropriate. The Sales experience with Phillip has been excellent, having enquired about the vehicle online he hasn't pushed just answered my never ending questions. I'm always honest with people, no bantering on price just say what I'm prepared to pay and if we can strike a deal we don't waste time going backwards and forwards. We agreed realistic expectations on both sides and a visit proved to be worthwhile just to confirm we were both being honest. The deal done, we collect this evening.
