First class service, from the point i reserved the car online - to the follow up call from John Blackmore - to the viewing of the car and part exchange negotiations. I recently purchased a Citroen C4 from Robins and Day Sale branch. From my initial enquiry through to collection of the car their customer service was first class. There was no high pressure sales technique from anyone and they responded quickly to any questions I had. I would also like to thank Ashleigh, who handled the sale, for all her efforts in explaining the options available without any 'hard sell'.
