This is the third car I've bought from this dealership and, once again, I was really happy with the service I received. The salesman, David Connor, could not have been more helpful - or patient! I was keen to buy another Peugeot (in no small part because I've been so happy with Robins and Day) but really didn't know what I wanted. David gave me all the information I needed about the various models I was interested in - and then gave me the time and space to make my own decision without feeling in the slightest bit pressured. I really couldn't have asked for better

Excellent service at Robins & Day our sales advisor Mitchell Burke was very helpful and courteous. We were happy with the experience as we didn't feel under pressure, as we have with other sales advisors in other car salerooms. After our purchase we asked for a brochure but none could be found at the time, later Mitchell found one and went out of his way to deliver it through our door on his way home.
A very welcoming experience
We needed information and time to enable us to reach our decision and this was given with patience and understanding. Thank you Robins & Day - specifically to John Bell - for his help with sorting my new car. I often find that sales managers can be pushy and arrogant. Not John, he was an excellent communicator at each step (I had to wait for my lease to expire and he was really patient), he was well presented, superbly organised, a genuinely nice guy and a joy to deal with.
