Excellent service from sales team

Excellent service from sales team and good updates following car sale. Knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and negotiation regarding final price paid extremely reasonable and pain-free. I have yet to receive car so after sales yet to be seen.

Robins & Day @ Sale - highly recommended

I went to a local Nissan garage and arranged a test drive. They rang me 15 mins before hand to say they didn't have the car available and 5 days later have still not called me back to arrange it. On the other hand Alex Mason @ the Sale Branch did everything he could to make this a smooth purchase. What ever he said he would do he did on time. Even on his day off he handed over what needed to be done to Tim and of course Tim also make everything work on time. I would recommend Robins & Day @ Sale Cheshire to everyone. Cant wait to pick up my new DS4 Crossback on Friday.

This is my fifth Citroen and my fourth …

This is my fifth Citroen and my fourth order through this dealership at Redditch under different owners. They have made ordering our vehicle very easy. Explaination has been given in a thorough and comprehensive manner. Even though dealership is undergoing a massive refurbishment staff have been friendly attentive and courteous and nothing has been to much trouble. I have been kept updated on my orders progress throughout. Vehicle was ready for collection at date and time arranged. The flowers for my wife were a lovely touch. Previous dealings with service department first class and I was well looked after by reception staff. Finally a mention to Casey the sales manager. It is lovely to see a young women in the managers position in what is a traditional mans role-selling cars. She is a credit to the company, friendly courteous and knows the products she sells inside out. Hopefully more women will take up this role and I am sure this will bring more women into dealerships to buy cars. I was the customer..however the car was for my wife and she has been thrilled by the way she has been looked after and thrilled with her new car I would strongly recommend this dealership at Redditch to anyone looking for a new car with excellent all round customer service.

Very helpful in initial stages of purchase, demonstrating several features that were of interest to me on their display vehicle.....did not hassle me in any way...provided me with all the specification sheets that I required to make decisions...always available when I dropped into show room with questions.....the sales staff work very well as a team, supporting each other in their attempts to get things right for you. When it came to prices and discounts felt that I was very fairly treated. Buying a new car is only a once in twelve year experience in my case, and this one was certainly pleasant. As the showroom was being refurbished I was politely shown the way by a member of the New Car sales Team to be introduced to the Manager of the Used Car Sales Team. Alan was welcoming and efficient and passed me on to Chris who was to conduct the interview. Once again I was treated well and after some discussion we concluded an agreeable purchase.
