My new Car

I first met Jason Harvey in 1992 and have complete trust in him, my husband and I have followed him to Lincoln when he moved from John Harrison's and have now followed him to Nottingham City. It is always a very good experience in dealing with Jason and his staff, he manages to create a very personable and pleasant environment as well as being very professional in his dealings with customers. Jason recently introduced us to Lewis who was clearly very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and provided very clear information on both the car and the sales process.

I had never heard of Robins and Day …

I had never heard of Robins and Day until I saw a car for sale on Autotrader that I liked. Robins and Day were the dealers and from the minute I spoke to Paul Cassie everything was sorted and things progressed very smoothly. I am disabled and Paul arranged everything from liaising with my 'hand control' company to delivering the car.to my home address, even making sure that the delivery driver was conversant with the car so that he was able to explain the workings of the controls etc. I would unreservedly recommend this dealership and of course Paul Cassie.

I found the Treatment received from the time i completed the quote form on the internet to be totally professional, but very friendly. I was contacted bt the Coventry Branch Sales Manager the same afternoon, e-mailed by the Salesman the following day and received the personal touch since that time. My wife and I were greeted by Christopher when we arrived at the dealership and looked after from start to finish...down to the fact that the sales manager followed us from the branch as we were leaving and thanked us for our order. I used to work for Robins and Day and am pleased to say "I would recommend the Coventry dealership to others".

I brought my car but on the same day of getting the engine management light came on I took it back next day Saturday and collected it on the Tuesday had temporarily car which they gave me the petrol back as a way of saying sorry I asked if I could have the money back as I was so upset over the car .Adam who sold the car to be was very polite set everything thing up for me if you buy a car from here ask for Adam you won't find a nicer guy myself,sister and boyfriend all agree he's great.

New car, new customer

I am very happy with my new car! It drives like a dream, was great value for money and exactly what I was looking for. The sales executive Michael Handley was also very honest about the fact that if I sold my car privately rather than part exchange, I would get more money for it. I was very grateful for his honesty. I found a few scratches on my car the day that I picked it up, took the car back the following morning and Michael agreed that the scratches must have happened in the week between purchasing the car and collecting it. They were happy to touch up the scratches while we waited. Great customer service. Thank you!

Ali was extremely helpful from the first phone call I made to Robins and Day. On collecting the vehicle he clearly explained everything I needed to know, both about the availability of gap insurance and more importantly about the car itself! Parting with a lot of money was made a lot easier!! Thank you
