Best car buying experience!
We were looked after by Paul who made the experience of buying a car very pleasurable with his pleasant manner and depth of knowledge. If you are looking for a Peugeot I would definitely recommend going to Robins & Day on Tyburn Road Erdington and ask for Paul.

The man, Malcolm, who dealt with me, was absolutely delightful. He made me feel very much at ease, explained everything about the car I chose, thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand without all of the ‘jargon’ that, as we all know, can be so utterly overwhelming and confusing ….
I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way whatsoever, and came away having all of my questions answered and feeling very happy with the whole experience ….All in all, my experience with the dealership was very good … and I also wanted to say ‘thankyou to Malcolm’, who I must say is a fantastic asset to your company …..

Took my car for MOT at the Purley Way Branch. Fantastic service from Patrick Harris, nice manner. Booked a a major check but then cancelled as after I made enquiries I got it much much cheaper. Main dealers are great but sometimes unaffordable.

I recently purchased a car with Robins & Day, with the help of your sales advisor Kieran. He was very informative and patient walking around to numerous cars, because I was unsure what car I wanted. He was very pleasant and helpful in guiding me in the car of my choice. My daughter purchased her car here also, I find this showroom very professional without trying to push you into buying.
Callum was really professional and I'm made up with my car
Callum was really professional, helpful and friendly and helped me to find my perfect car. Not at all pushy but really knowledgeable and helpful. I'm made up with the car I've bought and Callum has arranged for a couple of imperfections be smoothed out before I pick it up, which is fabulous. Couldn't recommend the place enough!
