It was a pleasure coming into the showroom today. The customer service was really friendly, inclusive and warm. The sale representative acted with a very good professional approach, he was always smiling and have a friendly and warm, welcoming attitude. He was very convincing with a positive smile on his face during a conversation or when passing on information about the sale. The atmosphere was also friendly full of smiles both from customers and staff. As aforementioned its always a pleasure to visit the showroom.
How can I forget the manager, he was warm, professional, friendly and reasonable with a convincing attitude.

Motability are trying to push using an online system, but being able to visit a showroom, see and sit in the car and have face to face contact is a must - particularly for the older generation who may find technology tricker.
The man who dealt with us (Karandeep) was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome without being pushy either. He was happy to answer questions regarding price and honest about the timings, so we have a good idea when the car might be ready. We came away feeling happy and clear that we had made the right choice of car.
