Everything was efficient, service desk very pleasant as usual. Kept me informed of progress with the service. One small point is insufficient Customer Parking spaces, there was nowhere to park the car on arrival.

At no stage did we feel under pressure to complete a deal. Sales team especially Sean and Aaron took us through each phase of the deal at a pace of which we were comfortable with and the advice given was clearly delivered. At the end of the process I felt I had achieved a value for money deal and was very pleased with the outcome.

I was was looked after by the sales…desk.
I was looked after by the sales team ( Dorothy & colleague), whilst I waited for my car. Drink machine doesn’t have provisions for tea only coffee. They made tea for me from their own provision, this certainly is beyond call of duty.
