The driver who collected my car was friendly and courteous.
I was telephoned to let me know. The work that was needed and to asked my approval. At all times I was treated with respect and courtesy.
I paid for the repair etc over the phone, I asked for a receipt which was posted to me promptly.
The car was returned to me as arranged.

I went to look at a used Peugeot 108... and within 2 hours I had signed to buy the car and traded in my existing vehicle. I like to know the whys and wherefores and every angle was clearly explained.
