    All the people I spoke to during the process were happy to explain in detail all the things needed to purchase the car. I had plenty of choices and experts on hand to help me decide on the best thing for me. It was a stress free and enjoyable purchase.

    New car purchase

    I called on Robin's & Day to review my options with regard to my current Peugeot and was suprised to learn that new cars are taking anywhere between 6 to 12 months to arrive after being ordered. So we reviewed my situation and I ended up placing an order for a replacement car that will appear near the end of my current PCP contract. It was all quite painless really!

    The salesperson Alex Farragher , made me and my son very welcome. Drinks was freely available at any time . There was certainly no pressure regarding the purchase of a car at anytime . Unfortunately was not able to test drive the vehicle owing to it not being fully checked by the technicians . So safety was fully at the fore front , but could still fully inspect the car inside and out . Alex covered all options about buying the vehicle and any extras I want to consider paying for . A good deal was stuck in buying the vehicle, subject to test driving ! Was told I would be kept informed by the garage in regards to the vehicle going through all inspections etc . Very pleased so far ! In dealing with the garage. John

    On visiting R&D in Godalming,James Mowat was courteous,made my son & I feel welcome and under no pressure at all. James gave a through handover and very patient when explaining the cars technology. I can thoroughly recommend James and the manager should feel very proud of the service that was given.     I have been a customer at Robins&Day for years. I always receive good customer service, staff are supportive and do a great job. I love new cars, especially when the sales department gives professional advice and support. Robin and Days always welcome actual and new customers. I love their cappuccino.     The sales guy at Robin Day Leicester…

    The sales guy at Robin Day Leicester was helpful and could not do enough. Including doing recording of engine starting colds. The Robin Day 2 year service plan is a must and bargain for less then £400 for 2 years servicing. Car was well prepared after the mobile person went round and removed all the marks including one in the boot. Was encouraged to take the Cosmetic repair insurance which I am not 100% sure of but the proof is in the pudding so when I come to claim will see if it was worth having. With a black car likely to happen. Gary the sales manager listened to concerns I had and they were resolved to out satisfaction. I cant praise Sohail enough from Leicester he was patient, understanding
