Excellent Customer Service as always. I have purchased many cars from Robins & Day Chelmsford and have always found them to be extremely helpful hence we always go back. It`s nice to walk into a dealership and be welcomingly recieved. Clean showroom, friendly staff. We have just aquired our new car, after nearly a nine month wait, not the dealerships fault I hasten to add. Due to shortages of certain components across the motoring world. But we were kept up to date with its progress and it now with us. A big thanks goes to Zoe who took care of us and kept us upto date. Cannot recommend enough! Had the pleasure of talking to one of the sales team members Jordan, who was great at keeping me updated with everything, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and was treated exceptionally well by him.
