Excellent service
The car I chose was reserved for me and was waiting when I arrived ( although I was an hour late) The salesman came straight out to me and left me to look at the car while he made coffee. I was taken out for a test drive and happily completed the purchase. I was given one of the keys and the car is being delivered to me. I have never had better service

Robins&Day,are a brilliant dealership. The sales team are very welcoming, polite, curtious and so helpful. Service reception are always very helpful and do a great job. The reception staff are great too, again very helpful polite and curtious. They are always there to help and informative if your car is in for service,MOT etc. Very highly recommended. Recycled into a reasonable deal
We started off with a failed MOT on a 10-year-old Corsa purchased in the pre-Robins & Day era and after patient explanations and probable costs we ended up with a replacement with the trade-in. Patience, courtesy and reasonableness prevailed throughout the negotiations.

We had an excellent experience discussing the purchase of our new electric car. Everything was explained in great detail with absolutely no pressure to take advantage of any optional extras .The atmosphere was both relaxed and informative and we were allowed a test drive without the presence of the salesman who proved to be most professional and knowledgeable throughout our visit. Lorraine sorted out our issue promptly and was very helpful when it come to our car, she was very kind and always good at communicating what was going on. Lorraine’s customer service was by far the best we received at robins and day.
Phoned with a question regarding my new mobility car order
Phoned with a question regarding my new car as my order had been passed over from an other company. The person I needed to talk to was busy but said he would phone me when free. After nearly 1hr Mike who deals with mobility did phone me and gave me a lot of help and information for which I am grateful and am now more relaxed about how things are going.
