We were seen by Callum who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us a demonstrator of the car we were interested in. He was even able to give us a test drive without us having to arrange it for later. Explained the functions and equipment of the car making it easy to understand and answered any questions we had. So impressed with Callum and the car that I made appointment for 2 day later and ordered new car. Again Callum made process as straightforward as he could

The purchase of our new vehicle was excellent , we felt no pressure in making our purchase and came away feeling very happy , follow up has been a bit slow , we paid cash for the car and we’re told early Oct for delivery , we’re still waiting to hear anything , we also asked for a test drive and this has still not happen, we’ve been promised a test drive tomorrow so we live in hope , our sales adviso , Dami was ecallent and we really had a good experience with him , just not much communication since purchase day , the only thing I have to show for our purchase is a big hole in my bank account ,w e have felt with Robins & Day , Romford for many yeas , this is our fourth Citrone and have all our services and repairs done by them , looking forward to receiving our C4 Aircross, eventuality!!!

Great service as usual with Jordan Hyde always has my needs 1st, Even when something went wrong with order not his fault, manufacturer’s he offed a solution and was spot on. Aftercare is there also checking up to make sure everything is ok.
Will 100 percent use him again.

I dealt with Jaime in the Sales department - I was looking for a car for my daughter and she was very helpful and friendly. Sent me a video of a suitable car they had in stock and once I had agreed to buy it, she sorted things out very quickly. Great experience all round

Excellent service could not get a waiting service but dropped off car and service time was brought forward. The person dealing with me looked at my address and knew it was a hard place to get back with public transport so.kindly asked for my service to be done in the morning to reduce the time I had to wait around.
Well done Robins & Day
This was a very much improved experience over last year (when two sites had been merged into one). Reception was 5 star (thankyou, Dawn). Courtesy, command of the task, and obvious competence, together with immediate understanding of our need to leave for a funeral was such a refreshing change. Having taken the view (in 2021) that we would not return, we are now about to buy our sixth Citroën!

Fabulous service from Robins & Day, Hatfield. The salesman, Barry Knightley, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. And he offered us a great deal that others simply could not match! I cannot recommend Barry, or the dealership, highly enough.
