Called today spoke with Mahreen Akthar (aka Mary) regarding a new car purchase. She actively listened to my requirements, was polite, professional, informative and very accommodating. Give me full flexibility to come in branch today at any time. When I arrived she was available for me immediately. We went through the application and she even went as far as to process my vehicle order via her (lovely manager Shiv)???? straightaway whilst I waited comfortably with hot drink. So essentially, I've managed to purchase a vehicle from start to finish within the day. Mary is a genuinely lovely lady, she has the perfect balance of being professional, personable, friendly, pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service on every level. I truly have had a positive experience with a professional company and a five staff rated sales specialist. The complimentary Cappuccino was the cherry on the cake. A very happy customer and I look forward to utilising this branches services for all my future vehicle needs. If bonuses are applicable give Mary a huge one ????. Thanks again.

Good Advice
Went into Robins Day to choose a replacement vehicle for my Peugeot 5008 got some great advice when I laid out my requirements and following an impromptu test drive ordered a Citroen CX5. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service.
