Matthew was great and professional from start to finish. He helped me without being pushy choose my first car a used (almost new) Pevgeot 208 which I ended up buying.
Only lose 1 star because it took longer for me to actually receive the car than originally said when trying to sell me it. I think the response time of the admin/accounts team can be improved, but Matthew (and Harry) did a good job, were genuine and honest throughout and not pushy and kept me informed the whole way without me having to chase.

Arranged a rest drive for a car. The sales assistant sent me a personalised video of the car I had arranged to test drive which made me feel more at ease about the test drive and the company as they took the time to do the personalised video. The sales assistant had good knowledge of the car and wasn’t pushy at all and spent time with me at my pace which again made me feel at ease. All legal documentation was sent to me via email within a timely manner as well. I would recommend this company to buy your next car as it’s the easiest test drive and purchase I have ever gone through.

Lauren, the sales representative was very good. We looked around the showroom and when we were ready to speak to a sales rep she came along and introduced herself. We had a few questions which were answered. Prices were discussed on different models and we left stating we would be in touch. After the weekend we asked for a test drive which was accommodated and when we arrived at the dealership the car was ready for us to try out. A price was agreed and the ordered placed. It was very quick and efficient. We will be contacted again when the vehicle arrives at the dealership.
