Car in for investigation/repair & fuel flush

Car taken in for investigation/repair & fuel flush. Staff were polite, efficient and explained the issue. Car was ready earlier than I thought, and I got phone call to let me know it was ready for collection. Overall, I’m very happy with service I received.

Great Customer Service

My wife wanted a new car following an accident which led to her old car being written off so we decided to visit our local Robin & Day Vauxhall dealership in Croydon to purchase a new one. We had the opportunity of meeting a young gentleman named Sean Burl who was our Sales Adivsor for the day. He made us feel comfortable and showed us the range of cars and the various models available on display, he aided and assisted us with making up our minds as to purchasing the right type of vehicle suited to our needs, he was very polite and helpful and took us step by step through all the paper work of buying the new car. Even days after purchasing the car, he made us feel valued by calling us up to inquire about how we were enjoying the use and performance of the new car. Our overall satisfaction was that he offered us a very great Customer Service!. Thank you Sean, i think, you are a real asset to the company!

Sat greeted us in a very friendly way

Sat greeted us in a very friendly way, and clearly explained the process involved in buying a Vauxhall Corsa we had seen advertised on the Robins & Day website. He took us for a test drive and carried out the necessary procedures for our purchase very efficiently.

Top class service !

I had the pleasure of dealing with David Hawkes to buy an approved used car. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. David has in my opinion has the hallmarks of all top class sales people in that is that he’s genuine, down to earth and most important he’s a really nice chap that gives the correct advice and guidance to his customers. What a top bloke! Top marks and would recommend dealing with David to anyone. Thank you David.

Excellent experience again.

Excellent experience again. We have just purchased our fourth Peugeot car from here, along with warranty, paint/upholstery protection and service plans. As was expected we have been looked after both professionally and courteously by David Hawkes in sales. The standards at this depot are first class.

Hi I have been with Robin & Day for last 16 years & last week I bought a Citroen C3 & so far I have bought 18 Peugeots starting from Peugeot 107 & have no problem from staff (very respectful) & for last 4 years I have dealt with Mr Sohail Gaba who has always been friendly & trustworthy.His supervisor Mr Gary brilliant too.I have in fact no reason of complain. I have recently been introduced to Mr Rana a general manager who seems to be helpful too, Sadly one of my best helper within service department Miss Megan Saunders has been posted to Nottingham to help the general manager there.I will miss her too. I willonly say Robin & Day in Leicester are “for Custmer by Customer & of Customer” Thank you B.M.Sodha

Rio & Vauxhall Crossland

Although there was an initial issue with DVLA, Rio was amazing throughout the whole situation. When I came to pick up my new car, Rio made the experience so special, in that he did an unveiling whilst taking a video and photos, gave me flowers and put a full tank of petrol in the car. I also had a problem setting up the navigation and again Rio sorted it out for me and whilst there he got my car valeted. I cannot recommending highly enough Rio for his help and support, Vauxhall are lucky to have him.

Small repair to the rear offside light.

I needed a small repair to the rear nearside light. Once the appointment was made, the car was collected on the day within the agreed timeframe, a vehicle check was done and e-mailed through to me and I received a telephone call when the work was completed. The car was then returned to me, cleaned. Very good service, all happened within the agreed timeframe and excellent communication. Thank you
