Unexpected stop off on my way home from work
I had to stop on my way home from work as the infotainment system screen had froze. Nothing was working. Neither were the piano keys - which operate the a/c and sat nav ect. I explained that I could not turn the engine off as I had been told previously that any errors needed to be "seen while they were happening". This time I was able to take them at their word. Somebody came straight out and had a look. They decided it needed to be seen by a technician and that this would need to be completed tomorrow. I explained that I needed my car for work. They were able to get the work completed straight away, while I waited. I thought this was extremely efficient and very good customer service. A special shout out to Kelly in the services department who really did get me out of a jam this afternoon!
