Purchased my used 208 from Robins and day Birmingham. The friendly salesman Calum greated me in a positive manor. Wasted no time allowing me to look inside the car and get me out for a test drive in it. No forced sales tactics used. Helped give me the push I needed to buy a new car without making me feel like i had to buy it. Having had a bad experience from another Peugeot dealership, this restored my faith in car sales.
Upon agreement of the purchase a couple of managers came to great me and make sure i was happy with the service and agreement. Ben from the service team helped me to sort out my existing service plans.
The team were patient with me and my question asking, to be sure I was happy with everything.
The only negative I have is the delay in getting all the right documents to me in the follow up of the sale.

A very pleasant experience
Had a very pleasant experience recently with Robins & Day (West London). I was offered the chance to replace my previous car with the exact same model but on a 22 plate. Long story short, replacement did not have camera as my previous model did. For me this was a big deal as I had gotten used to having the camera The Sales Rep (Danella) and her manager (Andrew) were amazing. They very promptly sorted out the camera issue and did so very professionally and with smile. Made this whole experience one I would not forget and would recommend using this dealership. All the staff are very friendly and the showroom is pretty cool too. Can't fault them..from a very happy customer.
