Where do I start…
This is for DEAN and ASHLEIGH and the mechanics at the Windsor street dealership in Salford Manchester I’m a motability customer and without my car I’m housebound as I need my vehicle to carry my scooter and I had a brilliant day out in Blackpool and I was on my way home it was late and car decided it was going to break down by the time the RAC turned up and and recovered the car it was gone 9.30 at night so the car had to be taken to the dealership in Salford the next day I rang up to see what was happening and spoke to dean what a absolute diamond ???? he was I was panicking didn’t know what had happened and he said did I mind holding whilst he found out what was happening he came back and said the car was already in the garage he knew without me explaining how not having the car would affect me and he gave me his word he would contact me with any update now I have not had any good experiences with dealerships in the past so didn’t hold out any hope boy was I wrong! He went above and beyond the call of duty calmed me down I was told by the RAC that the TURBO had gone and the car could be away for weeks they got the car on the Monday got calls every day from dean so the Monday after they had it a week by then he called me and said I could collect my car ! When I called he said the lad had worked on it all weekend as he knew just how important the car was to me fortunately it was only a seal had gone me and dean are now firm friends he is a true asset to you and I can’t thank him and the mechanic enough for what they did.
Motability friendly
We went along to the Hatfield branch to have a look at a mobility car. After phoning ahead, we found the service excellent and made an appointment with ease. On the day we found it extremely welcoming from the start and was shown the options in a professional but relaxed Manor with no pressure what so ever to make a decision. We chose a car with ease and found the whole process easy. Our dealer was brilliant and made everything a breeze. They also had good coffee lol whilst placing our order. Highly recommended
