Wonderful service all round.
Brought the car for a service at Robins and Day Leicester - Megan assisted us and was lovely! Opening doors as I had a pushchair and bringing the courtesy car over so I could swap car seats with ease. With children in tow, one of whom has additional needs, this made the process so much more pleasant. Thank you Megan - you're a star!
Friendly and welcoming staff
Showroom was clean and tidy, with a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient. Mark and florentina were very helpful and informative. The Peugeot sales manager Mark was very kind and helped me make an informed decision, he also made me and my dad a lovely cup of tea! He accomidated my elderly farther while we were going through all the information. The service was excellent from start to finish and we walked away ordering a new car with everything we wanted, and needed. Cannot thank the team enough for all their effort and help! Gary

Excellent service manager Lee, couldn't have asked for any better service.. Called in without booking apt, had lost locking wheel bolts for tyres, needed my brake and disks changed as they had started to rub. Lee arranged for bolts to be cut of and replaced and service department changed disk and pads at same time. Absolutely amazing team and so grateful. Highly recomend

Came in today with an interest in a car. I was seen by Ray who told me everything and more that I needed to know. He went through everything really thoroughly with me and didn’t make me feel trapped into buying anything. I was given a really good offer and was more than happy to go through with it. Highly recommend Ray from the Chistlehurst branch.

My vehicle was recently serviced at Robins & Day, together with a repair ( a replacement oxygen sensor was fitted). It was also collected and returned by them in an immaculate condition. I was completely satisfied with the reports and service from the workshop, everyone being very helpful. I needed to contact the workshop subsequently about the repair carried out and again they were very helpful.
There was a little bit of confusion initially with their central booking section about booking in the service and repair at the same time as they implied this was not possible...however this was resolved immediately and to my satisfaction by the workshop. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star experience.

Staff at Sheffield were very helpful and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time, all the paperwork was ready and they kept in touch by telephone before & after.
Only downside was your central booking hub who didn't appear to be knowledgeable and couldn't give me the correct price.
