Excellent help in the showroom
We are happy to give a feedback. We can find easily the car in there. The representative is very friendly and helpful. The waiting time is too lag , if possible give the car as soon as possible . We have only one concern that the back and rear glasses need to be very dark because my daughter is facing a challenging behaviour .

Excellent service! Genuinely helpful sales representative (Laura) couldn't have been less pushy and made me feel welcome and at ease. Well worth visiting Citroen Events
On the day of the event I was a little hopeful and a little scared. See, I am a single mum, I have no help from my family and work 2 jobs (just gave up the third one due to my health state) to make ends meet. I thought I will have to downgrade my car from current C3 due to the costs of payments.
Luckily when I met with Alex Christopher, he immediately made me relaxed. He was really helpful and understanding - and patient too. We went through all the options and at the end I got a little upgrade and a whole lot of features that will make my next few years stress free regarding the car, the cosmetic repairs, road assistance, car protection etc. All for still affordable payment rates, due to the special discounts Citroen gives on such occasions. Not insignificant for me - a single mum with no family support, working 2 jobs (recently having to give up the third one due to serious health issues) to make ends meet - and needing the car for one of these jobs!
I have been with citroen forever, got through 5 cars thus far with the Part Exchange Scheme and this is first year when they offer all these amazing additions that not only keep your car safe but guarantee the full value of the car back if (God forbid) something happens and your car gets written off.
All in all, it was a nice experience and made my day that little bit better, which is a rare treat for me these days.

My visit today was a great experience. I went with my wife just look at cars for motability. I had not made an appointment I was just looking. I was approached by one of your salesmen and asked what car was I looking for. I explained I was just checking the vehicles. He took me inside and introduced me to the right guy.He was amazing. We had a test drive and then filled out the application. This was amazing service. Other dealership's would not do this. Had to have an appointment. They refused weekend appointments. Thank you for this amazing appointment.
