    Dear Sir/Madam I would like to offer our satisfaction and overwhelming gratitude for the manner in which Kellie Donovan, Lisa and Demi have aided us in finding the most appropriate course of action with the aim of rectifying the fault with our vehicle Citroen Berlingo. From the offset Lisa, Kellie demonstrated an exceedingly high level of professionalism knowledge, courtesy in a addition to their sincere empathy. They made every effort to accommodate our needs within within a prompt and realistic time scale bearing in mind that the relevant department was exceedingly busy, with that in mind Kellie and Lisa were still able to offer an appointment far sooner than other dealerships nearby owing to their professionalism, excellence moreover the will to go above and beyond in the hope of remedying the issue with our vehicle and the challenges attributed with it. Both Lisa Kellie and Demi were efficiently and consistently updating us on the repair throughout the process which was much need. The experience that we my wife and I received from Robin and Days Romford most Notably by Kellie, Lisa and Demi was exceptional, outstanding and moreover praiseworthy. bearing in mind the fierce competitiveness of the automotive industry. Customer loyalty and recommendations is at a direct result of consistent outstanding customer experience from every aspect. I can confidently say that they are an asset to Robin and Days and PSA. We were made to feel appreciated and valued from the offset, during the repair process, even after the vehicle was collected. I only wish I had this experience prior to meeting Mr Carlos Tavares in 2019 whilst offering my services to Mr Tavares and his colleagues as a chauffer, I would have without hesitation expressed my my overwhelming feedback. What can I say 10/10 flawless exceptional service. They should all be proud of them selves at Robin and Days Romford in particular Kellie Lisa and Demi especially the management they should be exceedingly proud of the professionalism hard work attentive approach by the staff at Robin and Days Romford also Mr Eurig Druce and Mr Carlos Tavares, bearing in mind the fierce competitiveness of the automotive industry.     Thank you very much for servicing my car, an Alfa Romeo Giulia, last Thursday. Your Service Advisor, Kasia Hryniewicz paid attention when she took the car. My wife suffers from Alzheimer's and was expecting me back a couple of hours later. But my car was due a software upgrade that should have been done by a competitor of yours last year - and that took just about another hour and a half extra. Kasia came to me a few times to speak to me about how the service was proceeding. I did not have to find her, she found me. I felt I was being looked after. Behind the scenes, Aji Thomas was expediting my car's service. I did not see Aji, but I felt they were working as a team. My thanks to the hidden away staff too. As a result, I have already booked my car in for June the 29th next year, There's a happy customer for you! Please let Kasia and Ali know that they've been mentioned in despatches. :-)

    Ordering a new car

    I went to order my car, I’d previously been once before to view them. I dealt with Nic then and this time. Both times he was friendly, accommodating to my disability and knowledgeable. We went through the details and accessories the car I had chosen had. He talked me through the whole process and said he would keep in touch with any updates as to when my car will be ready to pick up. Completely different to when I bought my last car through Fiat. Now just to wait for a date that it will be ready.

    107 MOT & Service

    I had a 8am appointment and a pick up estimate at 4pm, actual pickup was 4:45pm, no warning of the delay nor reason given, I assume heavy workload on the day. Not obvious to me that car had been valeted to the usual standard, this has been rather obvious in the past. No receipt of work carried out, just MOT cert and backing paperwork. I mention the above because it is rather unusual in the 10years I have been using Robins and Day Liverpool they are usually a touch more on the ball and would get 5 stars from me. The booking was easy, reception was good, work explained ok, work seems ok, got a video of an inspection and a good verbal report on the state of the car. I also like the Robins and Day service plan which helps with the cost of the work.

    I ordered my first motability car from Peugeot Stockport and I can say the person who helped us was amazing, the customer service from Mohammad was the best I have ever had, he gave 100% and is a credit to that garage, so if your thinking about getting a new car then I recommend using them,
