I spoke to David Hawkes about buying a different car and trading mine in. He is a very pleasant man with an easy going disposition. He was knowledgeable about what I wanted, and didn’t try and push any unwanted extras on to me .
We had a decent chat, a bit of a laugh, and I picked the car I wanted, he sold it me, end of.
It was as straightforward as that, and overall a very rewarding experience.
