Visited robins & day at preston…What a great exsperience

Visited robins & day at preston regarding a electric Peugeot 208 GT OUR FIRST electric car. I was greeted by a lovely man Tim one of the sales team. He was actually waiting on the car park which was nice. He took us out in his own car and allowed my husband to drive. Fantastic ????he explained what we needed to know about the electric car and answered all our questions Tim was very polite and extremely helpfull a very valued member of the team we would say great exsperience all round left the sales room with no worries at all. Such a nice all round guy. Thanks Tim for all your help and we will see you very soon. Thankyou so much Carol& Barry kellett ????????

Thank you for a great car buying experience at Robins & Day - Peugeot Walton! From the first moment we walked in as a family, we were well received and catered for. Sam proved very helpful, patient and thorough throughout the whole process. The highlight was the chance to go for a test drive right away which helped enormously in our decision making. We made the most of our visit on the day; Sam was very courteous even though we kept him very late at work on a Saturday afternoon. Also, it is worth mentioning that we did not need to come back in person to finalise the order; instead, we processed the order over the phone and by email. We are very grateful and look forward to receiving our new car soon. We strongly recommend the service at Robins & Day - Peugeot Walton.

Excellent staff

Gary was really helpful and kept making my kids laugh which is always helpful as they get bored quick in places like that. He couldn’t have been any better. Everyone was really friendly and kept asking us if we wanted a drink. Excellent service and couldn’t recommend them anymore

Positive purchasing experience

The salesman was helpful, efficient and made me feel at ease. He was attentive to my questions and answered them clearly. We discussed an EV however I am not yet ready to purchase one, as I am very satisfied with the model chosen. This was altogether a positive purchasing experience.

AFTER leaving robin and day i went home…

AFTER leaving robin and day i went home to arrange insurance for the new vehicle i applied on line with AXA in the process thief got some how in my account and stole £20,000 + so I have to arrange other means to pay for the new car. which is difficult. sad day
