It would have been five stars, it is extremely difficult to find a parking space but apart from that salesman was friendly and we had a free drink, we have always been very well looked after at Robins & Day hence the reason for staying with them.
…service plan error
Had a conversation relating to a problem regarding my Service plan.
Explained to Receptionist whom agreed with me after confirming all my servicing was minor ones.
As I explained I took out the puegeot in order to maintain the vehicle as per manufactures schedules. As it was its 4 year service the spark plugs, air filter and pollen filters required replacement.
The receptionist said these items will get replaced at cost ,owing to service plan error.
His positive attitude in providing customer satisfaction was 5 star quality and a credit to your service department.

Went into the showroom with a narrow list of requirements.
Shown two cars and test drove them both. Considered overnight and purchased a similar vehicle next day.
Easy going sales person, no pressure and good quality vehicles, with free seven day driveway insurance and a years free guarantee.
