Excellent service. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently when i arrived . Courtesy car was clean and handled over easily. Was contacted thst car was ready earlier than I expected. Price was as earlier informed and car had been cleaned and vacuumed.

Left a holding deposit on a Nissan juke. Was told it had a couple of problems which needed further investigation. Called me to let me know the faults and that would be rectified in the work shop giving it a full service and not including a years warranty. As I had no car, they loaned me one to get me by until the car was ready for collection.
I found them to be honest and trustworthy as they kept me informed and put my needs first. I would fully recommend using the Chelmsford office as all staff were polite ,friendly and not pushy. A special thank you to Leona & John Parting with £7000 was made easier by the simplicity of it all.
