    MOT and Health Check

    17th March 2022, Motability 2018 Peugeot 5008 for MOT and Health Check. Collection and return were on time and satisfactory in a friendly and polite manner. MOT was obviously passed but feedback was absent on any advisories or results certification. Online health check documents appears to be lots of looking at things and Green tick boxes. Only one thing documented and deemed required to be carried out was a clean of the air con. Although the car was presented and returned with an empty screen washer bottle but the actual fluid level cannot be seen of course. Overall outcome was pleasant and satisfactory as usual.

    Our first ever new car

    Even though our assistant Laura was pregnant and expecting to leave long before we collect our car, she was informative, helpful, answered all our questions, explained the form filling without rushing it and allowed us all the time we needed.I hope she gets the commission for the sale, should we complete. Initially it was us who made the first approach. There were no welcoming smiles or even a “hello.” The real draw back is the time we will have to wait to initially do a test drive and finally receive our new car - approximately 2/3 months and up to 8/10 months for delivery. It’s all too long and by that time technology could have moved on again, thus our brand new car would be out of date

    Robins & Day Sale. Fantastic Service

    Malcolm was fantastic and was very friendly and accommodating. He even came in on his day off in order for us to test drive the electric 2008, and because of this we decided to buy a new GT Premium E2008. Also due to the delay by Peugeot, both Malcolm and Damon came up with a solution that was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Robins & Day in sale and especially Malcolm who was always available for me and always friendly and helpful. Many Thanks Denise

    Very impressive.

    Where do I start? Showroom very impressive inspires confidence in a business that knows what it's doing and knows the business its in well. Every member asked if I needed help and made sure I was OK. Georgia was wonderful to deal with very calm knew what she was talking about and was very confident there was no pressure to buy a car but her guidance was invaluable given my circumstances. I have dealt with a number of different Peugeot dealerships over the years and Robins and Day at Sale are one of, if not the best.

    Polite and welcoming service from the start. Fabulous.

    I entered the Peugeot garage on Tyburn Road, Erdington in Birmingham with some apprehension and unease. This is because I am a woman with limited knowledge of the working of cars but I was very much aware of the type of features I wanted in a new car. I no doubt incorrectly felt that i may have been patronised by the salesman in any showroom i went to but that was not the case. The representative who I spoke to was Joe and right from the start I did not feel pressurised and he answered all my queries, gave me information that would help me make a decision about the car that might suit me. I agreed to return the following week for a test drive, which went very well and I am now at the point of waiting for a car I believe will suit me to be brought to the Birmingham Peugeot showroom with the intention of purchasing it. I paid a small deposit and have been reassured that if I am not happy with it I will receive my deposit back in full. I am hopeful that I will chose it if it is anywhere as impressive as the test drive model.

    I went into buy an electric vehicle and had great service from Toni at the Maidstone branch. She was so knowledgeable about the car and helped me through all my questions. I’d had bad experience before and felt like I’d been roughed up with the sales techniques of other dealerships but this was just a great service. I am so happy and grateful.
