I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Stellantis, and specifically Sohail Gaba, the sales advisor that helped us. We had never bought a car remotely before and were generally pretty nervous about making such a big ticket purchase before seeing the vehicle. The other dealerships we had some conversations with did nothing to put these fears to rest either. But when we came across Stellantis, not only did they make the process very smooth, but Sohail always made us feel like a priority. He had a very reassuring approach, made everything crystal clear and was super communicative. I don't think we'd have ultimately gone through with buying a car remotely had we not encountered such excellent customer service.2 years agoRobins and Day Leicester
