I was very pleased with the service I received at the Chiswick branch of Robins & Day. I was able to find a used car I was interested in online and put a refundable reservation on it until I could get down to see it and test drive it.
The salesman, Patrick, was very friendly and helpful. When I collected the car he gave me a useful tutorial on all the car's systems which were new to me.

So far everything has been fine. It's been very straight forward process. Sales staff are friendly and very helpful. Now waiting to pick up my new car. Just one suggestion, I would have preferred a longer test drive covering more varied road conditions to aid my decision.
