I phoned robins and day to see if they could book my car in because my windscreen washers had stopped working, and I had a long drive up north to do.
I spoke to Ben at the small heath branch and he said to bring my car in and they would have a look at it for me. I got back home and about 30minuets later Ben called to tell me that they had found the problem and had fixed it for me he also was very clear on how much it would be. When I arrived to collect my car Ben said that it was,a small pipe that had broken. They had also topped up all fluids checked tyres etc washed and vacuumed my car out for me.

Great service
I took my Peugeot 108 in to buy a rear stop light part. I was served very quickly and service was particularly pleasant from Richard Hastings. I asked, out of interest, how much it would be to have this fitted, the pricing was very reasonable and they guaranteed this could be done today. I was told to come back at 5pm but received a call at 3pm to say my car was ready to collect. When I arrived the part was not only fitted perfectly but the staff had also given me a courtesy car wash.
I am very happy with my experience with Robins and Day and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
