    Such a wonderful service I received this morning at Chislehurst Vauxhall from Andy and the team. The whole experience of buying my new car via part exchange went so smoothly. I had everything explained to me clearly, I didn't feel any pressure at all and I had my best interests taken in to account to get the best deal! It has definitely made my day. A huge thank you and shout out to Andy and I look forward to getting my new car soon once it arrives.

    Did not visit the show room to purchase…

    Did not visit the show room to purchase a new car ,however the Rep Mrs Emily Lewis was very good in her delivery of persuasion that I was convinced I was making the right choice to exchange and take a new car, and must say that I have previously dealt with The same Rep and yes,that also ended with a new car being purchased , yes Mrs Lewis certainly gave a good account of the next car I will be purchasing, again very pleased with the service given.thank you.

    Had loads of help and advice

    Had loads of help and advice, really friendly and extremely pleased. Milin and Vish looked after us really well.

    Honest and excellent customer care.

    The first representative I dealt with was friendly and helpful, but she did not keep to her word and promise. She advised my car will be ready by midday the following day, but came the following day, past lunch time I did not receive any communications from her, which lead me to call in to the Hayes service centre. I spoke to the representative and she advised that the delivery of the part did not arrive, which was unusual and promised that she will call me at 14:30 pm to let me know the status of the delivery, as this is the next time slot the next delivery was due. I understand the delay, as there are certain things that we have no control over, but one thing we can control is to keep to our word and promises, and so I decide to wait. I waited until 15:30, accounting for any delays on her side, but I did not receive a call from her and so I called the Hayes office again. This time, luckily I spoke to a representative named Chris, who advised me he will be taking over my case. He gave an honest and great advice and let me know that he is not sure when the delivery will arrive and if I wanted I can collect my car for now and he will contact me to let me know when the part arrives. I decided to work from home that day and to leave my car for one more day at the Hayes service centre, since it is already there. Chris advised me that he will call me the next day to let me know if the parts arrived and if it does not, I can collect my car. The following day at around quarter past 11 am, I received a call from Chris that my car will be ready in one hour, as he will just get my car cleaned. I must say, I am very glad to have dealt with Chris, who exhibit excellence in providing customer service and I will ask for him the next time I visit the service centre in Hayes. Thanks to his honest advice and excellent customer care, my mind was set at ease, knowing that he was looking after my case. I am exceptionally happy and look forward to my next visit. Thank you Chris for your help and support. You have gone above and beyond and truly an asset to your organisation. Keep up the excellent work that you are doing!
