I went in originally with an issue with a car I currently I had on PCP. While there I met Anthony the very lovely car salesman. He sorted me out with a curtesy car while mine was being fixed and then helped me more than enough when coming to buy a new car.

i dealt with a gentleman called dominic who was in the motability department.
he was extremely helpful and couteous and delat with my matter in a very professional way and did all he could to help.
it was refreshing to get someone so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to resolve the matter. my only concern is that they took so long to reply to my repeated calls and emails..
Selecting our Motability Car
We went into the Citroen dealership to have a look at what they had in regards to a Hybrid or electric Motability vehicle. The agent Alex was very attentive to our needs and ensured that he listened and responded in a jargon-free manner, He won our confidence which led to a successful afternoon, after selecting a e-C4 model that suited our needs. By the end of the afternoon we had ordered the car and look forward to working with the dealership so we can achieve the best benefits of the car. For us, the after service is as important as the purchase.
