This review relates to Stellantis & you, Brentford. I had a great experience mainly to the fantastic customer service from Kasia. When I phoned to enquire about whether they could fix a fault with my fiat 500, Kasia made me feel confident she would do everything possible to sort it out via my extended warranty. Because of her positive attitude, I drove an hour to this garage to get my car fixed. It was worth it. Kasia made every effort to sort this out with my warranty provider anc her attitude was so positive, helpful and friendly. The company is lucky to have her working there - I’d return because of her customer service. The repair was also done well!
Godalming showroom
The colleagues in the Godalming showroom were very polite and welcoming. I enquired about a car I’d seen on the forecourt and was shown it, took it for a test drive and bought it. After some good natured haggling over the trade in price for my old car we sorted out the paperwork and it will be ready for me to collect next week. So easy.

Aislinn Busby was an excellent sales advisor, answering any questions that we had and keeping us informed on a regular basis about the anticipated delivery of our new car. When the car arrived Aislinn spent time showing how the various functions worked as this was our first electric car. Good buying experience
I received a prompt response from my enquiry to purchase a used car from sales agent Aislinn. She listened to my requirements and subsequently set up a test drive in a 3008. All my questions were answered and my financial options explained clearly and in detail. As were potential ' add ons'/ warranties etc.
A fair price was offered on my existing car and every effort made to facilitate a purchase. At no time did I feel pressured and would certainly recommend them.
Exceptional Customer Service
We had a lot of trouble looking for a suitable car. Carlos and Zac were extremely helpful and patient with letting us test drive various cars.
