I was most impressed by Junaid's helpful attitude. I came in to test drive one car but ended up liking another model. He was very helpful, friendly and quick at arranging the finance and took all steps to accommodate my requirements. He gave me a very good deal and I took this up immediately. The staff were understanding of the negatives experience I had with the EV I had purchased from less than a year ago. They were caring and easy to talk to. I felt that they truly understood the distress this caused to my daily work life, as a car is essential for my job. They were very good at informing me of my options to fit my budget, which was really important to me when buying a car. The whole process moved smoothly with such efficiency and great communication all the way and after purchase.
