All good but a bit delay on the support post sale
It took a lot of time to arrange a virtual appointment and it finally never happened due to technical issues from the branch. Finally, I managed to visit the branch and purchase a car but then after the sale, it took almost a week to get the paperwork. All good but I believe all these should be sorted out within a few days of a car purchase.

I was most impressed by Junaid's helpful attitude. I came in to test drive one car but ended up liking another model. He was very helpful, friendly and quick at arranging the finance and took all steps to accommodate my requirements. He gave me a very good deal and I took this up immediately. He was also very good at dealing with the handover. I would recommend him to all. Most pleasing experience.

From test drive to purchase….
The arranged test drive went well without me feeling rushed and I was given all the information I needed by the salesman. The ordering of the car the next day went smoothly and I was offered refreshments while waiting.
What a great result!
The staff were understanding of the negatives experience I had with the EV I had purchased from less than a year ago. They were caring and easy to talk to. I felt that they truly understood the distress this caused to my daily work life, as a car is essential for my job.
They were very good at informing me of my options to fit my budget, which was really important to me when buying a car. The whole process moved smoothly with such efficiency and great communication all the way and after purchase.
