Manchester Robbins and Day is recommended every time .

I called into Manchester Robins and Day on Monday evening . The plan was to look at an identified vehicle then work through a not so shortlist of vehicles in various retailers and then go home and reflect in order to make the right decision . I was greeted by the very lovely Naresh Syal who told me that the vehicle that I had come to see had been sold the evening before . He listened to the reasons that I needed to change my car which is related to the responsibilities of caring for parents with limited mobility and he identified a vehicle which is perfect for my needs . I was amazed how easy the whole process was . Naresh made me feel valued, and the lengthy administrative process linked to buying a new car was made easy . I would like to say a big thank you to Naresh for making what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one .

I’ve had a fantastic service at Robins and Days Croydon, my sales man Ephraim made my transaction so smooth and hassle free. Also happy to see the sales staff who sold me my last car they are very personable and make the experience very pleasant. Would recommend the service to my friends and family. Fantastic customer service!

I’ve just purchased a pre reg car from Robins and Day and the customer service was fantastic! I spoke to Jack and he helped me with the purchase and he was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. A credit to Citreon! I test drove Nissan Duke, a Seat Arona and a Renault Capture but the Citreon C4 Cactus was the best to drive by far. I’m so happy with my purchase and want to thank Jack and Robin and Day. Wonderful customer service! I would definitely use them again. Jo, Milton Keynes

great customer experience…

great customer experience ,knowledgeable salesperson and really felt we were looked after. The access to the site and poor parking spoils a good experience -it can be a bit daunting when test driving a new car, especially with large trucks parked everywhere and very little available space.

Excellent Service at Penistone Road, Sheffield

I recently spotted a used car of the type I'd been searching for online at Robins & Day's Sheffield branch (Penistone Road). At every stage of the process the staff I met couldn't have been more helpful. Particular thanks to Steve Cox whose professionalism and understanding of my requirements was excellent. He arranged a test drive that I found most helpful and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and interest. I especially appreciated his lack of sales pressure and understanding of my situation when, with great regret, I was obliged to cancel my order. Excellent service indeed and I won't hesitate to return to Penistone Road should another vehicle ever catch my eye. Further to this, I've now purchased the car, and many thanks to Rebecca for ably helping me with this whilst Steve was on his day off. I'm absolutely delighted!

1st class service I was very impressed…

1st class service I was very impressed with the service given by Sam honest and straight forward. He even offered to stay late for me to collect my vehicle as I had a long way to travel I would highly recommend this dealer they are a credit to the industry.
