Polite and professional but not 5 star service
We already knew which vehicle we were interested in. Very professional service and polite. We picked up the car over a week after we'd put a holding deposit down because we were not available over the weekend but when we picked it up they'd messed up the road tax so now we'll have to change that when it arrives. We also work in the city so we couldn't get to the showroom to pick up until 6:30pm at which point we were waiting which I didn't mind, were it not for the fact that the sales advisor left as soon as he handed the keys over. We discovered 2 chips on the windscreen which we've now got booked in for next week as we couldn't sort it out on the day of pick up as the sales advisor left so promptly plus the changing of the tax when we get it so not 5 star service.

My experience at Robins & Day
I went into Robins & Day Walton, hoping to buy a used car within my budget. I came out having bought a brand new Peugeot that was still within my budget that I first came in with. I am still shocked to this day that this was possible. I received fantastic customer assistance from Samuel Auger who gave me all of the information I needed and answered all of my many questions. He was openly honest about everything and I felt comfortable and confident that buying this car was the right choice for me. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a car, used or brand new, to go to this dealership and if possible, speak to Sam.
