Listened so we got the car we needed and not one they wanted to sell to us.

We purchased a car from Robins and Day and I have to say they were a very professional operation. All the staff were very knowledgeable about their products and listened to our needs before making suggestions. Our special thanks to Yazan who worked with us get the best car and deal. Also Mark who processed the transaction. Great team and for sure they will be our first choice when we upgrade our other car,

Fantastic customer service.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our new SUV 5008 from R&D Guildford. The ambience of the showroom is very welcoming and they have customer parking! ( we noticed some of the rival car showrooms over in Moorfield are very short of that) Christopher Jones advised us and took us on a test drive. He was very courteous and knowledgable and explained the car and paperwork very thoroughly. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Our new car is brilliant to drive and on top of that super spacious for the 5 of us. We’ve migrated from owning a Merc; based on our experience thus far we thoroughly recommend this car and the dealership.

My Robins & Day Chislehurst salesman was great

I purchased a second-hand Vauxhall Corsa from the Robins & Day Chislehurst branch - it is not a dealership that I have used before as I do not live locally - but it was the right car for me in terms of specification and price. I was particularly fortunate to have Lee Platt as the salesman who handled my purchase and the part-exchange of my old vehicle - Lee is a gentleman and very professional - and my transaction could not have been in better hands. I recently bought a used Citreon C1 from the Hatfield branch. This dealership is 270 mile from where I live, I bought the car without seeing it and traveled by train to pick it up. I had to put my trust in the salesman Alex Holding. Alex had been very honest in his description of the car and handled the whole transaction to my complete satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Alex and R&D again.
