My experience of this DS dealership

My experience of this DS dealership, when buying a new DS was very good. The buying process was smooth. The salesman knew his stuff and the deal I was given was excellent. I was very pleased with the new vehicule. The dealership is near the old Walthamstow dog track and parking is difficult on site. There were a couple of hiccups, which is why I haven't given it 5 stars. 1. My car was delivered to the wrong dealership and took a while to locate, which delayed the collection date.2. I was allowed to leave without the 7 day free insurance. This was rectified the next day. On the positive side the salesman did keep me well informed on progress of both issues.

I would like to thank Lewis Griffiths who is such a lovely young man and always smiling , who certainly knows his job , Lewis was very understanding and knew exactly what I wanted in a car , so helpful and explained everything with excellence. I cannot believe how quickly I received my car from start to finish , I am so thrilled !! I would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to ask for Lewis , this young man in my opinion in going places sooner rather than later. Impressive sales consultant

We had a pretty good idea of the car we wanted and the sales consultant went to great lengths to confirm our choice. He was very well informed on the cars specification and was able to answer all our questions fully resulting in the test drive being well worth it and conclusive. An alternative car of the same type with a slightly different spec was offered and test driven without any pressure. Completing the order was straight forward as was the follow up whilst the car was being produced.
