Have edited my review because elisavet and her colleague who also helped out with my issue behind the scenes have done all they can to rectify the issues and come to a suitable compomise. It’s a shame it took so much effort and complaining to actually be heard but the branch did resolve the issues fully. Not the branch fault the car is made badly and not fully checked before delivery. The car was first taken to chingford branch due to blown water pipes in the first two months of having a brand new car. Took them three weeks to give the car back. In July 2017 has an accident and the wish bone and tyre on driver side needed replacing as well as the spare tyre. Car came back with no spare tyre, the passengers tyre had been changed even Though it didn’t need to and was replaced with a michelin summer tyre, the driver side came back with a continental summer tyre a different tyre to the rear all season continental. So the car had three different treads. After number of complaints Chris the principle there agreed to correct the mistake. They collect the car then three days later got car back empty tank 100 miles added even though the dealership is 10 miles away. Got told I was lying even though I sent photo. Reported car pulling to the right and each time got told they have tested it now I have tyres worn on the due to there incompetence. Complained of grinding back wheels at 33,000 miles got told Mg breaks were 60% worn and it was just brake dust. I have just had to pay out for discs because the brakes had worn out on the inside of the brakes and was metal to metal. So when they said they checked the brakes what they did was just look from the outside not the inside as this was have shown worn brakes. A cost of £100 for discs I would not need to pay had their engineers actually looked at the wheels. The new principle David is not helpful and feels there is nothing wrong with the tracking not being done when the wish bone was changed and that their engineer did nothing wrong as 4,000 miles Since inspection would result in 40% brake worn down. Totally useless and unhelpful branch. I have tried to contact you already but was told to speak to branch.

long distance purchase

I live in mid Wales i travelled to the Redditch Branch of Robins and Day to purchase a used Citroen C4 Grand Picasso exclusive plus i had an amazing deal on this excellent car. Adam the salesman was very easy going, but professional being a bit of a technophobe i had a few little issues that Adam talked me through over the phone the car had to go back for a problem with the mirror a week after it was purchased they did it straight away no fuss they even washed and cleaned the car for me i would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy a car from them again 5 star service thanks

It is the first time I have purchased a car unseen. Just what I was looking for came up for sale at the Nottingham branch - nearly 200 miles from me. Gary and his team could not have been more helpful, they really did go the extra mile for me and the car was delivered promptly as promised, with over half a tank of petrol remaining. Also, a Peugeot cleaning kit I discovered the next day - a nice touch for a second hand car. Many thanks and absolutely love the car <3
