I've bought my car recently from Robinson & Day. I received very good service, every thing I needed it were very handy, I had driven more than two cars for test drive until I made my deselection with lot of help from the expert adviser Danella and the provisional manager Billy there. They both helped me with all the accurate details I need and made my day very easy after I was so confused. My new car was delivered and collected even before the agreed date. I didn't need to wait long and suffer after my old car broken down.

Found car online in Bristol showroom went to view and bought car immediately.Deal was made picked up car the following weekend when money and paperwork was cleared.Good service throughout. And received a very nice free meal voucher though the post three weeks later.Very happy with my new car would not hesitate to do more business with Robins & Day.Thanks.
Robins & Day Chiswick (Service) Fixed the Unfixable!
I had some serious issues with the Engine Management System on my 3008, making my car unusable. There were multiple issues, that proved difficult to resolve. The car was out of Warranty and I was very concerned that with only 36k on the clock, it may ultimately have to be written off. Robins & Day Chiswick (Service) took the matter in hand and ultimately fixed the issue. It was a stressful time, but I found everyone I dealt with at the Dealership to be fair and reasonable in their approach and focused on trying to get the best outcome for the customer. I'm grateful to the workshop for fixing what appeared to be the unfixable!

Aaron Neal Treated us very well, the beautiful car sells it self. I had ordered another car from another dealership and they couldn’t even give us a build date and when it will arrive in the U.K. If buts and may be are no good to me! The curtesy recieved by Aaron impressed me, although we are getting a higher specification now which had been offered buy the other dealership after Aaron had done the work to find it for me. I said no thank you, we will get our car from Aaron, he made you comfortable and relax explained things in details.

I have now purchased two cars from Robins & Days Romford and I am have both times been very impressed and pleased with the service I received. Often buying a used car or van can be a little stressful but Oliver was exceptional, he was very helpful in answering all my questions and was clearly very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me find the right vehicle. I cannot recommend Ollie enough and would ask for him if you pop down their showroom. Top class dealership, well done!
A great place to buy a car
I’m not a fan of buying a new car, but in this instance I can honestly say that buying a new car has never been easier than with Robin and Day, Citroen Central Birmingham. I am really pleased with my new car, and the whole experience has been straightforward and uncomplicated. I should also recommend Philip who answered all my queries, kept me informed of progress and ensured the vehicle was fitted with the extra accessories I requested I when I picked it up.
If you are looking for a Citroen, I would recommend you pay them a visit.
