Easy to talk to bloke .no rough selling tactics, just explains bits what u can have then they email you with information then u decide .my son bought from here,so I went .and I ended up buying one .Web site easy to use etc.

Hi we had a great experience at Robins and Day Coventry. Carl was fantastic from the moment we walked in, his customer service was fantastic and he explained everything to us and I had loads of questions to ask and he took his time explaining everything to us. We asked if they could deliver the car to us as my husband would need to get used to the car....no problem the car was delivered and Carl went through everything about the car with my husband which was fantastic and he said if we need to know anything if we unsure then to call or pop in. Fantastic service, Thanks Carl we are very happy.
The staff make all the difference
The staff make all the difference and are the reason we keep coming back. They are always so welcoming and nothing seems to be too much trouble. We waited whilst the work was done and took advantage of the very nice free refreshments. The staff kept us well informed on progress and we were all done very quickly and efficiently. The car was also washed and hoovered free of charge which was great.
